Though in compare such journeys pale
Vague Flotsam brought to conscious shore!
For in me, the mood… His presence renders
Each touch, a bliss… Such reverie…
Great oceans! Stars! Design! Surrenders!
In a Splendid Rhapsody.
And when it comes to morn’ departure
To tend the earthly fields.
We might tend to better, sweeter, Rapture!
If he to my persuasion yields…
Should, The Gods- then venture me?
They? Sole source of ecstasy?
While there in dream and perfect rest.
His greater still… I would attest.

Over the past year, due to circumstances of a technological implosion and thereafter lacking in appropriate resources I had become unable to record using cubase as I usually do. This was distressing but also gave me the chance to emit ideas in different ways than I had in the past.
And so unaware of the pre-existence of correspondence art.. I began sending postcards all over the world in support of what I believe to be an entirely beneficial cause. The legalisation of Cannabis for recreational, medicinal and industrial use. As well as this, I had somewhat of a postcard conniption regarding body scanners in UK airports. I mean really, is such a concept not at all spooky to anyone else? Authority figures? What? Perhaps the public are being softened up to expect graver consequences for terror the government for the most part plans. However I digress…
I have sent numerous postcards to friends and figures and it is inspiring to send a little piece of art out there with just a stamp, the arrival to intended destination unknown for the most part. Although still… It is still out there, somewhere, where it is meant to be, more than I could know in picking addresses.
